You'll love your stay in this lovely, tastefully decorated 4****-rated studio on the 7th floor of a quiet residence with parking, tennis court and swimming pool (unheated-accessible from approx. mid-June to mid-September) less than 10 minutes' walk from the town center!
From its balcony, you'll have a magnificent, unobstructed view of the town of Aix-Les-Bains, Lac du Bourget and the mountains!
Space
The apartment is laid out as follows:
- Small entrance hall with cupboard/wardrobe and washing machine
- On the right, a separate toilet (rare in a studio!)
- On the left, bathroom with large Italian shower and vanity unit
- Large main room with :
* a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, hood, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster...)
* dining area for 2 people
* living area with small sofa and wall-mounted tilting TV
* bedroom area with queen-size bed 160 x 200 cm, chest of drawers and wardrobe
- A small balcony with a table and two chairs offers a magnificent view of the city, lake and surrounding mountains.
Bonus:
- In summer, you'll have access to the residence's unheated swimming pool (from mid-June to mid-September, weather permitting), and all year round to the tennis court.
- A private parking space is available at the foot of the residence.

- /! In periods of drought: a prefectoral decree may impose water restrictions and this may result in the closure of the swimming pool. We cannot guarantee the availability of the pool in this case of force majeure. No refund can be requested for this reason.
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible (on request) except in the case of crossed arrivals and departures.
- As the handover of keys is not autonomous, we ask for a supplement of 15€ for arrivals between 8pm and 9.30pm, 30€ from 9.30pm and 50€ after midnight.
The apartment is located just a stone's throw from the heart of Aix-Les-Bains, so you'll be :
- in less than 10 minutes on foot, Place Carnot for a brunch on the terrace, the Casino Grand Cercle to admire the sumptuous Art Nouveau stained-glass windows and mosaics or try your hand at games of chance, the thermal baths floral park (a town with 4 flowers and a gold flower label) to relax in the shade of the tall trees, or the train station.
- A twenty-minute walk will take you to the Musée Faure, where you can admire a fine collection of works of art, the Halles du Marché, where you can do some shopping, or the Chevalley thermal baths, where you can enjoy a cure or an afternoon at the spa.
Aix les Bains, Riviera des Alpes, has been a popular holiday resort since the 19th century, and offers an ideal location for a diversified tourist stay, with its cultural and historical sites, thermal baths, spas, restaurants, casinos and internationally renowned 18-hole golf course (Club 1895) open all year round.
What's more, the magnificent Lac du Bourget, so dear to the poet Lamartine, is France's largest natural lake, offering a wide range of water sports (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, cruises, boat hire...) - 5/10 minutes away by car or bus.
You'll also be close to
- the Massif des Bauges Regional Nature Park, where you can enjoy cycling, hiking, paragliding and tree-climbing at the Savoie Grand Revard and Les Aillons-Margériaz resorts - 25 minutes by car or more.
- the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoie, with its ducal past and extensive architectural heritage - 20 minutes away by car.
- Annecy, with its superb lake and charming old town resembling a small Venice - 30 minutes by car.
