You'll love this charming 2-room apartment located just a few steps from France's largest natural lake, Lac du Bourget, in a new residence with balcony and garage!

Space
"Le petit Revard", a 41m2 apartment, is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevator.
In the large main room, you'll find
- an open-plan kitchen area with all the equipment you need to prepare your meals (oven, combined fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, crockery and cutlery...)
- dining area with table and four chairs
- a lounge area with sofa bed, coffee table, TV stand and television
- a large storage cupboard in the entrance hall
Access to the bedroom is via a sliding door:

The bathroom is doubly accessible from both the main room and the bedroom:

The large 15m² balcony/terrace is accessible from both the bedroom and the main room. It faces east and offers a magnificent view of Mont Revard. Looking north, you'll also have a small view of the lake, depending on the season.
It is equipped with an outdoor dining area for 4, plants and 2 recliners.
An added bonus: the apartment has a private garage space in the basement, as well as a shared bicycle garage.

Le Bourget-du-Lac is a charming village on the shores of the magnificent Lac du Bourget, France's largest natural lake, offering a wide range of water sports (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, cruising, pedalos, diving, etc.) - 300m away on foot. It's also close to :
- the town of Aix les Bains, Riviera des Alpes, dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, thermal baths, spas, restaurants, casinos and internationally renowned 18-hole golf course (Club 1895) open all year round - From 15 minutes by car.
- Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoie, with its ducal past and extensive architectural heritage - 15 minutes by car.
- the Massif des Bauges Regional Nature Park, where you can enjoy downhill, Nordic and skating skiing, biking, hiking and paragliding at the Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Les Aillons-Margériaz resorts - 45 minutes by car.

Le Bourget-du-Lac has excellent transport links:
- one hour from Lyon, Geneva and Grenoble on the Alpine freeway network. The road network, both national and departmental, connects it directly to Aix les Bains and Chambéry.
- 15/20 minutes from Aix les Bains or Chambéry stations, where the TGV takes you to Paris in three hours.
- 10 minutes from Chambéry airport and 1 hour from Lyon or Geneva airports.
- Several bus routes also take you to the lake or town at different times of the day.
