Ideal for your family holidays, join the bike paths, the beaches of the lake, the beaches of the ocean or the center of the resort for your shopping trips or other activities: golf, surfing, windsurfing..Large independent wooden villa, 300 m², on one level, Carreyre sector, on the lake. The house is composed of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen area, a sitting area with sofas and a dining area overlooking the terrace and the heated pool. The rooms can accommodate 12 people and are distributed between the 2 independent wings. On one side 2 rooms overlooking the lake including a master bedroom with bed 180 cm and a room with 2 beds 90 cm. On the other side 2 rooms lake side with 2 beds 90 cm and a bed 160 cm and 2 rooms side pine forest with 2 beds 90 and 1 bed 160 cm. Beds 90 cm can be joined to make beds in 180 cm. The villa is equipped with 5 bathrooms and 4 toilets.
Outside, the two semi-covered terrace areas, will allow you to enjoy a very significant relaxation area and the pool secured by a roller shutter. The garden, raised and closed, allows you to park several vehicles. A campsite at the end of the road, 10 minutes walk, offers small shops (supermarket, bakery)
The ocean and its shops are accessible by car or bike (bike paths in the pine forest) 10 km, golf, casino and tennis 7 km, a nautical club 1 km.
