SITUATION:Building located 150 m from the north beach, in the Voramar urbanization, on the 1st line of the beach and 4 km from the town center.
COMPOSITION:STUDIO apartment. It's a diaphanous space without bedrooms, with sofa beds in the living room, a bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen.
EQUIPMENT IN THE APARTMENT:Swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15. 100 m from restaurants, boutiques and small grocery stores. The building has all Voramar services, swimming pool for adults + children, tennis court (managed by the community). Unattended car wash.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:Equipment (except general clothing), TV, , Water, electricity, interior and exterior cleaning, use of swimming pool, 1 parking space per apartment.
NOT INCLUDED:Possibility of renting sheets at reception (6€/per set and stay, direct payment). Towels for hire (€25 per set of 5, direct payment). Baby cots for hire (direct payment €7/day). Extra bed for hire (7€/day direct payment).
