Our gîte is located on the outskirts of the village of Bretenoux, in a secluded old farmhouse set in 7 hectares. It's close to all amenities (15 minutes on foot and just 5 minutes by car). Its location is ideal for visiting the region and its major tourist sites: Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, numerous "Plus beaux villages de France" such as Autoire and its waterfalls, Carennac, Loubressac, Martel, etc. Wine-lovers can enjoy a stroll through the heart of the Vignoble de Glanes vineyards, just a stone's throw from the property. Heading towards Corrèze, you can visit Collonges la Rouge and many more. Ideally situated for fishing enthusiasts: just a stone's throw from the Dordogne river. We've restored this idyllic hamlet so that holidaymakers can relax and unwind. We want our guests to feel right at home. The ground floor comprises a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with sofa and wood-burning stove for winter evenings. A laundry room with LL and SL and a toilet are next door. Upstairs there's a bathroom with shower and WC, then 3 bedrooms: 1 bed 140 / 1 bed 160 / 1 bed 180. Two of these have access to a small outside balcony. It has its own garage and a large terrace on the ground floor. The swimming pool is shared with the other gîte. All-inclusive (cleaning deposit €120) / electricity included where reasonable (under meter reading). Linen included. Tourist tax for adults: to be paid on site according to current rates. Deposit 800€. Possibility of reserving our other 4/6-person gîte.
