Elegant, beautifully furnished vacation apartment
The apartment is well equipped and modern, tastefully furnished and the combination of the interior and decor almost gives the impression of a cozy home. The apartment offers the best conditions for two couples who want to spend their vacation together. The comfortable apartment is located on the first floor and overlooks a beautiful garden with a furnished veranda, a brick barbecue and a pleasant private swimming pool where you can let the jets and the hydromassage waterfall massage your muscles and relax in peace.
The location, halfway between the Chianti area, rich in castles and wine farms, and the Val di Chiana valley with its historic villages and famous art cities, is an ideal starting point for interesting excursions in the immediate surroundings. Discover a region rich in cultural sights and artistic curiosities. Visit the enchanting Gargonza Castle or Sansepolcro, the town of the painter Piero della Francesca. Lucignano, one of the most beautiful and famous villages in Italy, is also just a short drive away. You can also visit Ponte a Buriano, the famous bridge that served as the backdrop for Leonardo's painting of the Mona Lisa.
The property is located in a quiet, noise-free area, but in a strategic point from which you can reach the main roads that allow you to reach Florence, Siena, Perugia and Cortona within a day. If you fancy a dip in the water, you can head to the beaches of the beautiful Lake Trasimeno or book a regenerating thermal bath at the thermal baths of Rapolano.
If you prefer a gastronomic experience, book a dinner in one of the many restaurants that offer the typical Chianina steak. Treat yourself to a guided tour with wine tasting through the ancient Etruscan town of Arezzo, which is situated on a 270-metre-high hill south of the Arno Valley, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Stroll through the alleyways of the ancient city and admire Arezzo Cathedral.
