Magnificent apartment in the center of La Pineda. It's the ideal place for a family vacation, with all amenities and the beach just a stone's throw away. The apartment sleeps 6 and has a LARGE TERRACE to enjoy everything from family breakfasts to wine dinners. Ideally located, it's the perfect place to spend an unforgettable vacation. The apartment is part of the EUROPEOS residential complex, close to the beach (2-minute walk), the Aquopolis water park, Port Aventura and the bus stop (150 meters).
The apartment is 70 meters away and comprises:
-1 bedroom with double bed (135 cm) and built-in wardrobe (2 people)
-1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm), with closet (2 people)
- Living room with double sofa bed (2 people), air-conditioning, table and chairs. From the living room, you have access to a large terrace where you can eat and relax.
- Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, complete cutlery and crockery, etc.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- There is ample parking in front of the apartment.

The Lumine Beach Club is particularly well located, just a few meters from the seafront, with several swimming pools to try out, a wide range of gastronomic delights, as well as a [hidden] Costa Daurada is a certified Family Tourism Destination. This means that adults and children alike can enjoy an unforgettable experience strolling along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offer, among many other great activities.
House rules:
1ºWe are available to answer any questions you may have to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
2nd[hidden] apartment is rented with bed linen, towels are optional with payment (4 € pax).
3º Entrance from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 11:00 to 20:00) at other times, keys will be collected from a code safe in our Salou office.
Check-in time: from 4:30 pm (if guests are leaving that day, otherwise they can check-in from 11:00 am).
Check-out time: no later than 11:00 a.m.
4º On departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, the kitchen must be left in its place.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
6th: It is necessary to present documents concerning the identity of guests and to sign the contract.
7th: Tourist tax: €1 per person per night (only the first 7 nights are paid).
8th. Wi-Fi is FREE
