Beautiful apartment on the second line of the sea, ideal for your beach vacations. The apartment IS AIR CONDITIONED, with 2 bedrooms, one with 2 90cm beds and a wardrobe and the other with a 135cm double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a DOUBLE sofa bed, from the living room you can access a large terrace with a magnificent view. The residence boasts the largest garden in La Pineda and PORT AVENTURA is 4 km away.
In the surrounding area, you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, ice-cream parlors and much more.
The building has an elevator, SWIMMING POOLS WITH WATERFALLS, TENNIS COURTS, PIN PON, MINI GOLF, FOOTBALL, BASKETBALL AND CHILDREN'S AREAS.

In La Pineda, you'll find the Aquopolis water park (water park with giant slides, pools, marine wildlife shows and restaurants). The Lumine Beach Club, with its beautiful location just a few meters from the seafront, several pools to try out, a wide range of gastronomic delights and a golf course.
The Costa Daurada is a certified Family Tourism Destination. This means that adults and children alike can enjoy an unforgettable experience strolling along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offerings, among many other great activities.

Pets are not allowed
1st. We are available to answer any questions you may have to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. 4 €/person towel supplement.
3rd. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 4.30 pm to 8.00 pm).
Check-in time: from 4:30 pm (if guests are leaving that day, otherwise from 11:00 am). Check-in before 4:30 pm may incur additional charges.
Check-out time: no later than 11am.
4th. On departure, guests are asked to leave the apartment in the same condition in which they found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests may not leave any garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present documents concerning the identity of guests and to sign the contract.
7th. The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach by pre-authorization of the card.
8th. The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.<br
