The villa is located in the heart of the Sud Sauvage, close to all amenities and restaurants, and is the ideal starting point for hikes to the route des laves; you'll be 5 minutes from the Manapany basin, Grand Anse, La Rivière Langevin, a must-see spot in Saint Joseph. You'll be able to return to the villa after a canyoning outing, to relax in the pool and soak up the bubbles in the whirlpool bath. In a quiet, residential area, the house is spacious and very well equipped for fans of barbecues, by the pool, the large table custom-made to seat 10 people and be comfortable, you'll have a view of the children splashing around in the large salt-treated pool, giving great swimming comfort, or you can enjoy and laze around on a deckchair. "St jo is well worth a visit, and the Friday market offers a wealth of local produce. You can park up to 3 cars inside the property, and a beeper will be provided.
