Magnificent 56-square-meter home in Moliets-et-Maa.
Welcome to "84 Maison du Golf"!
This charming and comfortable house is perfect for family vacations.
It is 56 square meters in size, has three bedrooms with plenty of storage space, and can ideally accommodate up to six people, and up to seven in case of emergency.
You'll love its location, close to the sea and in absolute peace and quiet.

Accommodation
Warm and well-appointed, the house is fully equipped and has :
3 bedrooms upstairs:
- one with 1 double bed 140 x 190 cms and a wardrobe ;
- a second with 2 single beds 0.90 x 190 cms and closet;
- a third with 2 bunk beds 0.90 x 190 cms ;
- two bathrooms, one on the first floor with shower and basin including WC, and another on the second floor with bath/shower, basin and separate WC.
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area with a sofa bed and cot, suitable for a possible 7th person;
A shared swimming pool is available from May to September, 200 meters from the house.
There is also a parking lot at the end of the tarmac road, just 100 meters from the house.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: terrace, balcony, TV, hairdryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, Air Fryer and small traditional electric oven available if required, and an electric plancha for use on the terrace.
ATTENTION: there is no washing machine in the accommodation, but a fee-paying laundry is just 200 meters away.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
One of the house's assets is its absolutely quiet location, even at the height of the season: it's at the end of a development, the neighbor on the left only comes in August and a few weekends a year, and there are no neighbors on the right. Even in the hottest weather, the pines and cork oaks provide shade that keeps the house cool. The view from the living rooms at the back of the house is magnificent, unobstructed and not overlooked, and for golf lovers and regulars of the Moliets international golf course, overlooks course number 9!
For your everyday needs, there's a U Express and Drive supermarket just a 7-minute drive away.
What's more, the beach at Les Chênes-Clièges, far from the crowds, can be reached on foot in 20 minutes via the tarmac path behind the house. A magnificent beach, more secluded and with intimate access through the golf course estates, right in the heart of nature! The livelier central beach is just a 15-minute walk away, and you'll also have access to a SPAR mini-market and a variety of restaurants and bars..... the choice is yours!
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover places of interest such as :
- Moliets Golf Club, 7 minutes' walk away;
- the Adrénaline Parc leisure park, 4 minutes away by car;
- the Moliets-et-Maa Tourist Office, 5 minutes away by car, and many more.

Location
The accommodation is located on the Pierre et Vacances estate, 10 minutes by bike from a very beautiful beach, the "chênes lièges", a secluded "green" beach, and the bike path to get there runs alongside the courses of the Moliets International Golf Club, which itself is next to the estate: everything can be done without a car, quietly and serenely. A second beach, just 10 minutes away by bike, is the "central" beach of Moliets, a livelier area of bars and restaurants, so you have a choice depending on your mood of the day! The famous Vélodysée, the long-distance cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, is just 5 minutes away and offers easy rides through pine forests. A second, more lively beach, the "central" beach of Moliets, in the Moliets plage restaurant and bar area, is also just 10 minutes away by bike: so the choice is yours, depending on your mood of the day!
