Beautiful seafront apartment ideal for your beach vacations. The apartment comprises a bedroom, one with a double bed and a pull-out bed (sleeps 2), a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, and from the living room you can access a large terrace with a beautiful view of the beach and pool.
In the surrounding area you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, ice-cream parlors and much more.
The building has an elevator, parking and swimming pools.
Pets are not allowed.
INFORMATION:
You can't miss the Camino de Ronda. It's one of the Costa Dorada's most beautiful and emblematic excursions, recently renovated and with spectacular views, it borders Cap Salou.
The Camino de Ronda starts at the end of Calle Colón, directly on the Pilones esplanade. We continue along the wooden footbridge and shortly afterwards come to the remains of an old building, the 'Lazaret', built in 1829, where boats from epidemic areas were once isolated, and which still retains solid walls several metres high. Continuing along the zigzagging walkway alongside this construction, we discover one of Cap Salou's most inviting coves, Capellans beach, with stairs giving access and a cobblestone pathway half-buried in the beach sand. Once past Capellans beach, steep stairs lead up to Punta del Po-Roig.
La Pineda is a quiet, modern urban seaside resort on the Costa Dorada, situated between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively town of Salou, and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.

Pets are not allowed
1st place. We are available to answer any questions you may have to help you enjoy your stay.
2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Extra charge for towels 4€/person.
3rd. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time: from 4:00 p.m. (if a guest is leaving on that day, otherwise from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 5:00 pm may incur additional charges.
Check-out time: no later than 11am.
4th. On departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests may not leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present documentation of the guest's identity.
