Welcome to this spacious 60 m² apartment in the heart of La Féclaz in a new residence. The apartment is ideally located at the foot of the slopes, offering the perfect getaway for mountain lovers.
Space
The fully furnished apartment sleeps 6 comfortably, with a double bed in one bedroom, 2 bunk beds in the other and a sofa bed in the living room. The fully-equipped kitchen will delight lovers of mountain gastronomy, with oven, microwave, hob, Senseo and filter coffee makers, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, raclette and fondue appliances for convivial evenings.
The light-filled living room, with its dining area, TV and sofa bed, is the perfect place to relax after a busy day outdoors. The bathroom and separate toilet ensure your comfort, and the large balcony invites you to admire the beauty of the surrounding mountains.
For winter sports enthusiasts, a ski locker is at your disposal. You can also take advantage of the proximity of all amenities, with a sherpa, tobacconist/newsagent, bakery, restaurants, caterer, as well as ski, snowshoe and sled rental stores just a few steps away.
The residence offers a private parking space in the basement.
Please note that our apartment is non-smoking and unfortunately cannot accommodate pets.
Linen and towels are available at an additional cost, as is a cleaning service. For young parents, baby equipment is also available.
