The “Algarve Sun House” house is located in a private condominium with swimming pool, in a premium location, just a few minutes from the beach, golf course, cliffs, Vilamoura, Olhos de Água and Albufeira, while staying away from the hustle and bustle.
The house offers you well decorated and cozy spaces, combining rustic and classic styles with the typicality of the region.
Inside the house you will find a living room with a fireplace with access to the outside garden, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Outside, a beautiful garden with a leisure area, barbecue, picturesque scenery and direct access to the condominium pool.
Accommodation Rules:- Prohibited to make noise between 22:00 PM and 07:00 AM;- It is not allowed to disturb or disrespect the neighbors;- Parties or events are prohibited;- Pets are allowed and cannot be let loose in the condominium or walk without a leash;- To check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years of age or older;- It is not allowed to exceed the number of occupants allowed in the accommodation, even if they are visitors;- It is mandatory to provide a security deposit on the day of check-in, which will be returned within 7 days after check-out;- It is mandatory to comply with these and other accommodation rules, expressed in the Local Accommodation Book;- Days before your arrival, you will be contacted via mobile phone to arrange the time and place of check-in, and to find out if you have any special requests to be arranged before your arrival.
