Villa Dalmatinac, a highly luxurious estate with many entertainment and relaxation amenities, is located in the calm part of the village Murvica, a suburb of the town of Zadar.
Both the indoors and the outdoor will take your breath away, combining clean lines of modern style and decorative elements with stunning design combinations that complement each other in perfect harmony. Providing privacy in a calm neighborhood and boasting luxury furnishings and countless amenities, this Villa offers everything you can wish for while planning a relaxing family holiday.
The tastefully furnished interior spreads over 220 m2 on the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor you can find a spacious open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as one bedroom and an extra bathroom with toilet.
The remaining five bedrooms are located on the first floor of the Villa, each having an individually controlled air-conditioning and TV. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and all of them have a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding area.
The magnificent pool area features a jacuzzi, a heated pool and a children`s pool, delicately separated by a charming bridge across. There are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for when you wish to soak up the sun or catch a bit of shade.
What makes the outdoors so special is the private tavern in a separate building. A summer kitchen with a covered BBQ and dining area provides a space for coming together and spending amazing evenings of preparing and enjoying meals together.
Everywhere you step there are elements of design that tell the story of the effort and love poured into the architecture and details of this magnificent Villa.
The Villa offers free parking places and Wi-Fi throughout.
