Even better, from the residence, a path will lead you to the beach of Arnèche located at only 700m! Let yourself be tempted by this semi-detached villa located in a peaceful environment!
This villa offers you a living room with flat screen TV, a kitchenette equipped with an induction cooker, a hood, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a table-top... a bathroom with toilet, on the first floor.
The night space is located on the floor with its 2 bedrooms. The first one with 1 bed in 140cm and the second with 2 beds in 90cm.
You can also have your lunches in the veranda or simply enjoy the sunshine on the terrace with charcoal barbecue and terrace furniture.
You have a private parking space.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 30 € per stay within the limits of available stock
