We offer for rent a cozy apartment in an area with developed infrastructure within walking distance from the sea and the popular city beach. The apartment has an area of 59 m2 and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and relaxation: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is installed in the salon. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: several banks, Russian and Spanish supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and a pharmacy are within walking distance. The sea and the popular city beach Del Cura are 450 meters away! Accommodation option – up to 3 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
