We offer for rent, in the town of Teste-De-Buche, this charming spacious apartment located in a residential area close to the golf course and on the edge of the forest. Nature reigns here, in an environment of pine trees, with the advantage of a shared swimming pool as well as a children's play area and playground. The apartment with a surface area of 42m² is located on the ground floor, bedroom and living room open onto a very beautiful terrace.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- A living room opening onto a terrace with TV, sofa and dining area as well as a kitchen area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: hobs, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc.
- A bathroom located next to the entrance with walk-in shower, vanity unit and basin, WC, towel dryer. As well as a laundry area with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, drying rack...
- A bedroom with a 160X200 double bed, it also opens onto the terrace.
- The terrace is a real additional living room, it is sheltered, offers garden furniture with coffee table and deck chairs.

- You are approximately 5km from Arcachon and 2km from the famous La Teste market and its shops and restaurants.
- Convenience store and sushi restaurant.
Activities :
- You will explore the spectacular Winter Town district with its turn-of-the-century houses, its park, its belvedere with a breathtaking view of the Basin!
- A little train opposite the tourist office will give you lots of ideas of things to discover and a general overview of Arcachon!
- At midday, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, the port of La Teste, or Gujan, or at the Arcachon market (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then set off to conquer the Dune du Pyla!
- Regular boat shuttles from the Thiers pier to Cap Ferret, the bird island, the famous huts tchanquées.
- The Banc d'Arguin, transparent water, paradise on earth!
- Descent of the Leyre, to the Teich ornithological park, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak.
- Zoo in La Teste, aqualand park in Gujan.
- Hike through the forest towards the dune (inquire at the tourist office)
Other remarks:
- Approximately 150m away, go to the condominium swimming pool (25mX6.50m) with children's pool. Tenant access is authorized with a badge, open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., from June to September.
- A numbered parking space awaits you in the basement, elevator access.
- Sheets and towels are provided, bath mats, tea towels.
- To start your stay, we provide you with some coffee capsules, different kinds of tea, sugar, tablets, washing machine and dishwasher, salt, pepper and oil, toilet paper, shower gel.
- You will be welcomed on site by our teams who will give you the keys and will inform you about everything there is to see and do in our region.
