Stay in Marseille's Saint-Barnabé district, in this large, fully air-conditioned 187 m2 house with 3 bedrooms and a swimming pool for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. Shops, metro and bus nearby.
Space
Our 187 m2 house is located on Avenue Marie Vian, in the Saint-Barnabé district. You'll enjoy the swimming pool (3.5 x 2.7 m) and air conditioning in fine weather. The house is fully equipped with all the comforts you need to make the most of your vacation with family or friends. The metro is a 5-minute walk away. Shops and supermarket in the village of Saint-Barnabé less than 10 min walk away.
The house is laid out over three levels: the first floor with pool and outdoor living area, the second floor (accessible by stairs) with living area, kitchen and a first bedroom with double bed, then a second floor (accessible by stairs) in two parts with a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub in the middle of the staircase, and a bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room at the top of the staircase. A relaxation area for children and teenagers is located on the first floor, accessible from the living room.
Tastefully renovated by an interior designer, the apartment features a very large living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a large dining table. The living room features a sitting area with armchairs and a sofa for relaxing.
The night area comprises :
- on the second floor, a first bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity unit;
- on the intermediate level, a second bedroom with a double bed for 2, and a second en-suite bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit.
- on the second floor, a third bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and a bathroom with shower and vanity unit.
Outside, you'll enjoy a lovely terrace with an outdoor lounge for relaxing in front of the swimming pool (chlorine). The neighborhood is very quiet. It's the ideal place to enjoy your vacation and relax.
You can park your car in front of the entrance to the house. There's no private parking, but free street parking is easily available.
You'll appreciate the ideal location for visiting Marseille, with the metro just a 5-minute walk away.
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille stay! Restaurants, cafés and shops are nearby in the Saint-Barnabé district, less than 10 minutes' walk from the villa.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.

Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. Visit the museums (Mucem, Musée Cantini, Palais du Pharo), the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches. In the Saint-Barnabé district, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs.
