Stay in Venelles, 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and at the gateway to the Luberon, in this 220 m2 house that can accommodate up to 12 adults and 2 children. Set in the heart of the pine forest, the house offers a peaceful setting for family vacations.

Space
Come and discover our old house in Venelles, a haven of peace in the heart of the pine forest, where you can enjoy your vacation in absolute cam! The house is equipped with all the amenities and facilities you need for an excellent stay during your vacation in Provence. The house is ideal for families, as it offers a variety of spaces, including a main house with 4 bedrooms and, under the house, a studio for 2 people and a small apartment for 4 people. The house can accommodate up to 10 adults and 3 children, for a maximum of 13 people.

In the main house, you'll find a large 70 m2 living room with a corner sofa around a flat-screen TV (Netflix access) and coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. A covered terrace with a large rustic wooden table lets you enjoy evenings with family or friends over a good meal!

The main house (4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen) is fully air-conditioned. The other bedrooms have fans.

Outside, a number of facilities are available to make your stay as enjoyable as possible:
- a swimming pool (11 x 11.5 m) where you can soak up the sun and sunbathe on the deckchairs provided.
- a shaded south-facing terrace with barbecue and large table for family meals.
- an outdoor petanque area for fun with family and friends.
- a ping-pong table and badminton kit are available.
- the house is surrounded by 5,000 m2 of land in the heart of the pine forest.

The house is ideally located for exploring our beautiful region:
- Downtown Aix-en-Provence is a 12-minute drive from the house.
- The village of Venelles is a 5-minute drive away, and offers a wide range of shops.
- For cycling enthusiasts, you can take advantage of the beautiful country roads for cycling tours through the region.
- Marseille Provence airport is a 35-minute drive away.
- Aix-en-Provence TGV station is a 20-minute drive away.

House :
Bedroom n°1 : 1 double bed (180) and storage space as well as en-suite bathroom with WC
Bedroom n°2 : 1 double bed (180) and storage space
Bedroom n°3 : 1 bunk bed (2 children) and storage space
Bedroom n°4 : 1 single bed (1 child) and storage space
A second bathroom with shower and WC for the 3 bedrooms on the west side of the house.
Apartment type T2 (42 m2): 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed with bathroom and WC
Studio (26 m2): 1 double bed (140) with bathroom and WC

Several vehicles can be parked in the various parking areas around the property.
The property is not fenced.
The swimming pool is secured by a removable fence. We ask our tenants to leave this barrier in place for subsequent tenants. The opening and closing of the gate is the responsibility of the tenant.

PLEASE NOTE:
- A janitor lives year-round in a studio under the house (with her cats) and has a small private outdoor space (15 m²) on the property. Depending on her availability, she can provide services for a fee. However, she is under no obligation to provide any services to tenants, and will be discreet so as not to disrupt your vacation.
- A small garden shed (approx. 100 m²) is rented all year round (including summer) to a person who lives there all year round. This is a very friendly and discreet person who can receive a few friends in his reserved area during the day or evening. The little cottage is about 50 meters from the house.
- The road at the bottom of the property is a servitude that allows neighbors to drive by (a few times a day).

In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.

We will contact you as soon as we receive your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 1800

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.

Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
