This 36 m² apartment in Azille can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and a 10 m² terrace. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises

- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with two singles joined together to form a double bed
- A bathroom with bath, vanity unit and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A swimming pool (unheated) open from April to October with a small children's pool. Pool opening dates are non-contractual.

The apartment is ideally located in Azille, in a closed and secure residence with access code. 5-hectare park with fitness trail, ping pong, children's games and snack bar next to the pool. Very close to the Canal du Midi (5 min walk), 15 min from the lake, close to the town of HOMPS, 30 min from Narbonne, one hour from Carcasssonne and close to a Super U (5min).

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the residence's private parking lot (an access code will be transferred to you).
