Completely renovated in 2021, Casa Umi offers 2 beautiful rooms with beautiful features, one overlooking an interior courtyard, the other offering a unique sea view with bathtub by the sea.
Situated between a peaceful cul-de-sac and the majesty of the sea, Casa Umi benefits from a double east/west exposure, offering sunshine from dawn and unrivalled sunsets.
Located on the first floor of a typical 19th-century house, you'll be seduced by its generous volumes, ingenious layout and, of course, its breathtaking sea views. A bedroom with en-suite shower room welcomes you, followed by a main room featuring an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with flat-screen TV.
The vast terrace suspended above the sea. A staircase leads down to a second bedroom, offering panoramic sea views through an XXL bay window, a seaside bath and a spacious bed, providing a unique immersive experience.
The 3rd bedroom is independent and accessible from the garden at the entrance to the house (available from April).
The highlight of the show? The staircase from the living room leads to a private access to the sea, offering a true connection with the Mediterranean as soon as you push open this door.

The N°19 bus line is nearby, providing easy access to the city center. From April to September, a boat-bus is available to take you to the Old Port by sea. Parking in the surrounding streets is free and unlimited. Gare Saint-Charles can be reached in 45 minutes by bus N°19 and metro line 2. Shuttles are available from the airport to Gare Saint-Charles, but we also recommend cabs or chauffeur services such as Uber.
