LOCATION:
In a secure residence with janitor, 30m from the Hôtel Martinez and just a few minutes' walk from the Palais des Festivals. Close to restaurants, beaches and stores. Ideally located for convention-goers.
APARTMENT:
Magnificent alcove studio located on the 3rd floor with terrace and sea view. It comprises a living room with sofa bed and fully-equipped kitchen; alcove sleeping area with double bed; shower room; separate toilet; TV. Internet access. Air conditioning.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
Beach in front of the apartment, supermarket, several restaurants. Rue d'Antibes and its stores within 5 minutes' walk. Parking available in addition to rental price. Possibility of parking at the Port Canto parking lot (fee payable), several free parking spaces nearby. Distance to Palais: 15 min walk.
ARRIVALS :
Monday to Saturday, 3 pm to 6 pm. No arrivals on Sundays.
Arrivals after 6pm will be charged 40h/hour.
