This semi-detached house has everything you need for an excellent stay, plus a private parking space.
The Platin and Grande Côte beaches are less than 5 minutes away by car.This semi-detached house comprises a living room with a flat-screen TV, a kitchen area equipped with a 4-burner gas stove + oven, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer and dishwasher...
as well as an independent toilet on the first floor.
The sleeping area is upstairs. One bedroom with 1 140cm bed, a second with 2 90cm beds, and a shower room with washing machine.
You can store your belongings and suitcases in the dressing room on the landing.
NO EXTERIOR - ONE PRIVATE PARKING SPACE - SMALL PETS ONLY ALLOWED
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 30 € per stay within the limits of available stock
