Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the heart of La Sauzaie dunes and pine forest, single-storey family home sleeps 6.
Direct access to the living room with relaxation area (sofa, armchairs, TV), dining area (table, chairs, sideboard) and fully-equipped kitchen (4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hood).
A hallway leads to 2 bedrooms, a shower room (shower, vanity unit), a separate toilet and an intermediate room (access via 2 steps, sink unit, washing machine).
Bedroom n°1: 2 x 90 trundle beds + wardrobe.
Bedroom n°2: 1 x 140 + cupboard.
From the intermediate room, access to bedroom n°3: 1 x 140 + cupboard, toilet with hand-washer in the bedroom.
Terrace on the front of the house (this part of the grounds is fenced), another terrace on the side of the house (duneside, not fenced; table, chairs, parasol, barbecue).
Garage used as bike room. Parking possible on the plot in front of the house.
You'll appreciate the location at the end of a cul-de-sac, with immediate access to the cycle path leading to the seaside (650m) or to Brétignolles Sur Mer on one side and St Gilles Croix de Vie on the other.
Pets allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
