The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a secure residence offering a private parking space. It comprises two beautiful bedrooms with two bathrooms and a pleasant living area opening onto a modern, functional kitchen where you can cook with all the equipment you need during your stay. Our apartment is less than 20 minutes' walk from the beaches!
You'll appreciate the bright daylight and relaxing atmosphere. You'll enjoy a magnificent, panoramic view of the Phocaean city from the terrace that runs through the entire apartment.
Completely refurbished and tastefully decorated by a Marseille architect, our apartment is perfect for a family stay.
You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille vacation! Restaurants, shops and cafés are all within easy reach of the apartment.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 200

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

The atmosphere is serene: you'll be staying in one of Marseille's most sought-after neighborhoods. From the apartment, you can explore this dynamic, lively and sunny city. The neighborhood is ideal for walking, and the beaches are less than 20 minutes' walk from our apartment. Shops (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, bars) are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
