Quiet cul-de-sac, 300 m from the Gulf of Morbihan. "Ti Koad, Morbihan" is a charming new house featuring a ground-floor entrance opening onto a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen, a large living room for family and friends, a laundry room, a toilet, a master suite with 160cm bed, dressing room and private shower room.
Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms, one with a double bed (140), two with two single beds (90), a bathroom with baby equipment and a separate toilet. Outside, enjoy the house's large garden, terraces and patio. Parking spaces available. Linen included (sheets and towels).

Visitor's tax: 5% of the price of the night per adult occupant up to a maximum of €4.30 per person per night.
