This charming, comfortable apartment is perfect for a tourist stay or vacation in Porto-Vecchio.
It is 38 square meters in size, has one bedroom with plenty of storage space and can accommodate up to four people.
You'll love its panoramic view and location close to all amenities.

Housing
Located on the 2ᵉ floor with elevator, the apartment is air-conditioned and fully equipped. It comprises:
- a bedroom with a double bed and a cot ;
- a shower room ;
- a magnificent 600m2 free-form shared swimming pool accessible from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with a pleasant swim-up bar.
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a lovely balcony;
- a beautiful 4-hectare shaded park, planted with trees and enclosed
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.
There's also a children's play area and a secure parking space in the residence.
Access to the residence's unheated swimming pool, open in summer only.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: wifi, Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, iron, ironing board, fridge, terrace, kettle, baby mattress, baby booster seat, children's games, safe (in bedroom closet), etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
One of the apartment's strong points is its location. It's a 5-minute drive from the port, 10 minutes from the region's most beautiful beaches (Palombaggia, Santa Giulia) and close to the L'Ospédale forest. For your daily needs, you'll find a "Casino" supermarket opposite the entrance to the residence.
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites for which the town is famous, such as :
- La Citadelle, a 17-minute walk away;
- Porto-Vecchio Adventure Park, 5 minutes away by car;
- Cala Verde Beach, 9 minutes away by car; and much more.

Location
Porto Vecchio is a truly beautiful seaside resort in the east of Corse-du-Sud.
Today, the town is one of Corsica's favorite tourist destinations, offering "almost" every possible pleasure and attraction of the island of beauty within a radius of just a few dozen kilometers.
The residence is located in the southern sector of the port of Porto Vecchio, within easy reach by car of the most famous beaches in the far south, such as Santa Giulia and Palombaggia, as well as the Ospedale mountain range for wonderful hikes.
All shops are within easy reach, with the Casino supermarket opposite the residence entrance.
Transportation
From the "Médiathèque" and "Portivechju-Mediateca L'Animu" bus stops: 5-minute walk.
From Gare Routiere Nord: 16 minutes on foot.
From Figari-Sud Corse Airport (FSC): 23 minutes by car.
