Magnificent 48-square-meter apartment in Moliets-et-Maa.
Welcome to "18 B Hameau du bois".
This charming accommodation is classified as a one-star furnished holiday home and can accommodate up to four people.
It is located on the first floor and has a covered terrace, offering all the comforts you need for a vacation with family or friends.
You're sure to appreciate its ideal location in a peaceful residence with garden and shared pool, close to the Etang de Moliets and the beach.

Accommodation
Located on the ground floor of a small, single-storey building, it comprises :
- one bedroom with 2 bunk beds ;
- a second bedroom with a double bed and storage space;
- a shower room with washbasin and a separate toilet with washbasin;
- a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen;
- a lounge area for relaxing after a day out;
- an attractive American bar/dining area, extending from the kitchen with high stools;
- and a covered, furnished terrace overlooking the estate's green spaces. The terrace is not completely enclosed, but wooden dividers on either side give you privacy from your neighbors.
Pets are not allowed.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron, Ceramic hob, Towel rack, Refrigerator and compartment, Freezer, Kettle, Toaster and Electric griddle for outdoor use.
Welcome kits are provided to ensure that you have the washing-up and bathroom essentials for your move-in. Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.
Take advantage of the residence's two shared SWIMMING POOLS, which will be very popular in fine weather, for relaxing and sunbathing! Children's bodysurfs are also available on the terrace, so you can have fun on the nearby beaches, and why not generate an urge to take up surfing!
The accommodation is located in a quiet area of a Pierre et Vacances residence. Please note that entertainment and certain activities are subject to a charge, and you can find out about the program at reception.
This accommodation is close to the ocean and in the heart of the Moliets international golf course. The "Chênes Lièges" beach, the quietest in Moliets, is just a 15-minute walk away...
You don't need a car to enjoy this magnificent beach!
Bars, restaurants and shops are all nearby. And downtown is just a 10-minute bike ride away. For your daily shopping, you'll find a SPAR supermarket 5 minutes' drive away in the central beach area, and a large U express in the center of Moliets. View of the golf course, 10-minute walk through the forest to the beach.
The apartment's location also makes it easy to discover and visit: Moliets' second beach, the livelier "central" beach with its bars and restaurants, is 10 minutes away by bike, and the Moliets lake and Adrénaline Parc are 2 minutes away by car or just 10 minutes by bike! The OFFICE DE TOURISME, 10 minutes away by bike, is open to provide tourist information, with the famous mouth of the Courant de Huchet 5 minutes away by car, the Étang de la Prade 4 minutes away by car, the Étang de Léon 13 minutes away, the Courant de Huchet 8 minutes away...
For young and old, fishermen, golfers, surfers, swimmers, hikers and cyclists alike!
A bike rental service for mountain bikes and VTCs is just a 15-minute walk away.

The accommodation is located on the Pierre et Vacances estate, 10 minutes by bike from a very beautiful beach, the "chênes-lièges", a secluded "green" beach, and the bike path to get there runs alongside the courses of the Moliets International Golf Club, which itself is next to the estate: everything can be done without a car, quietly and serenely. A second beach, just 10 minutes away by bike, is the "central" beach of Moliets, a livelier area of bars and restaurants, so you have a choice depending on your mood of the day! The famous Vélodysée, the long cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes close by, just 5 minutes away, and allows you to enjoy some easy rides through pine forests. A second, more lively beach, the "central" beach of Moliets, in the Moliets plage restaurant and bar area, is also just 10 minutes away by bike: so the choice is yours, depending on your mood of the day!
