Magnificent 18-square-meter studio in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains.
This charming, comfortable studio is perfect for a stay in the mountains.
It's 18 square meters, has plenty of storage space and can accommodate up to two people.
You'll have plenty of opportunity to enjoy the mountains and all their activities.

Accommodation
Bright with a lovely view, the studio is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) and comprises :
- a sleeping area with a sofa bed ;
- bathroom with bathtub ;
- and a fully-equipped, functional kitchen;
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: ski room, filter and nespresso coffee machines, TV, fridge, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
The swimming pool is open from June 15 to September 15.
The studio is ideally located within walking distance of the center of Saint-Gervais, 5 km from the Le Fayet SNCF train station. You can also ski at Bettex or Les Contamines.
For everyday shopping, there's a "Petit Casino" supermarket just 8 minutes' walk away.
You'll also find laundry services and small shops in the center. There's also a wide choice of restaurants nearby.

Location
This village in the Mont-Blanc region has the advantage of combining thermalism, mountains and alpine sports.
