This new single-storey villa offers 136m2 of living space, 3 bedrooms including a master suite. The Villa can accommodate 6 people. It is built on a 546m2 fully enclosed garden with electric charging station. All bedding is 160 cm. The Villa then features a living room with corner sofa, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, American fridge, hood, wine cellar), two shower rooms, 2 separate toilets.
Living room and bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, wifi and reversible air conditioning.

You'll be able to soak up the sun around the swimming pool, with a breathtaking view of the ramparts and salt marshes.
