Close to Lac de Sanguinet, we offer a 62m² chalet that can accommodate up to 4 people. Perfect for a weekend or a week with family or friends.
You're just 650 m from the port of l'Estey, accessible by our beautiful cycle paths, where you can go boating or paddleboarding. You're 3km from the town center with its market and restaurants. You're also 20km from Biscarrosse Plage, where you can try your hand at surfing, and 28km from the Dune du Pilat.
The chalet comprises an entrance hall, a living room with TV area (no WIFI, poor 4G reception), a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (toaster, fridge, coffee maker, etc.). Two bedrooms with double beds and storage space. A shower room with WC. Outside, a terrace with table/chairs and electric barbecue for meals and cocktails. An unfenced garden surrounded by pine trees, with parking available in front of the property. A sunny, relaxing vacation awaits you!
