Location Vacances à Sète : Located in a well-maintained residence with janitor, facing the sea and 30m from the beach, pleasant 22 m² studio cabin with separate cabin. Sea and beach views. 4th floor (with elevator.) South exposure. Comprising living room with sofa bed, TV, equipped kitchenette (electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine). Cabin with a 120cm bed for 2 people, bathroom (washbasin, shower, WC). This apartment has a parking space at no. 56, closed by an electric gate. Bicycle storage in residence. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible 50€ (details on request).
OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini box wifi (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
