Look no further than the maeva Escapades Sun Océan *** campsite! Located in Talmont Saint Hilaire, in the town center and 5km from the Veillon beach. An ideal location: leave your car at the campsite and explore the surrounding area on foot or by bike, thanks to the cycle paths just 300 m from the campsite.

Maeva Escapades is an invitation to take the time to rediscover France and its destinations through the eyes of people who love their region.
Focus on the region: let yourself be seduced by the region's must-see experiences! The Vendée means breathing in the ocean's iodized air, exploring the varied villages and landscapes and discovering the salt marshes. In the area around the campsite, you'll find a wide choice of activities for the whole family to enjoy: go for a bike ride in the morning, visit the Jard-sur-mer market during the day or the Port Bougernay market in the evening. Even on a rainy day, you won't be at a loss for things to do: discover the aquarium at Talmont Saint Hilaire or visit the Musée de l'Automobile. And don't miss out on a day out on the Ile d'Yeux or Ile de Ré, just 1 hour from the campsite, or a trip to Puy du Fou, O Gliss Park or O Fun Park! Every summer from July onwards, you'll find shows for the whole family at the Château de Talmont, and at the end of August you can attend the salt festival to discover the traditions of these marshes and the methods used to harvest salt. On the program: guided tours of the salt marshes, local artisans (pottery, etc.), games, concerts and exhibitions. So, which program will you choose?
In July and August, a free shuttle bus stops right in front of the campsite to take you to the magnificent Veillon beach.
2024: The département will host Les Floralies Internationales in May at the Logis de la Chabotterie, a historic site of the Vendée War, followed by the passage of the Olympic flame in June, and finally the start of the "Everest of the Seas" in November: the Vendée Globe, in Les Sables d'Olonne, the capital of sailing and one of the most beautiful bays in the world.
In addition to all these great adventures, the campsite offers a wide range of leisure facilities for your stay: an indoor swimming pool heated throughout the season, a paddling pool with water games for the little ones. There's also a playground for your children, and a volleyball court, petanque court and ping-pong tables for the more sports-minded.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the campsite offers a range of services: in July/August, a free shuttle service to take you to the Veillon beach, a snack bar and Wi-Fi access throughout the campsite to keep you connected. Various rentals are available from the campsite reception: bed linen, barbecue, baby kit...

This fully-equipped wooden cabin for 2 people will give you a change of scenery for a romantic weekend or week, or for quiet teleworking. You'll be able to unwind in a relaxing setting.

Next to the hobbit hut, you'll have your own sanitary facilities (shower, toilet, sink). This unusual accommodation will bring you relaxation and rest! A cot can be added on request. Please contact us!
