Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking on the road. Restaurant, bar, café 100 m, sandy beach "Eurovosa" 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
