In this very pleasant residence with its own exit to the beach, you'll enjoy all the advantages of Arcachon, just a 10-minute walk from the town center along the seafront, and 10 minutes from the port and the typical Aiguillon district, where you'll find restaurants, a mini-market, a bakery, a tobacconist's and the finest fishmonger's!
With a surface area of 42 m² and a terrace overlooking the beach, the apartment features a spacious living room, 1 double bedroom, a bathroom and an outdoor parking space in the parking lot.
The composition of Heliodore:
On the 3rd floor with elevator, you enter directly into the living area with kitchenette on the left, hob, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, top fridge, mini oven, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, toaster...
The lounge area overlooks the bay window and terrace, with sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, TV and china cabinet.
A retractable table is available for lunch or dinner, depending on the weather (to be folded away each time).
The bedroom (bed 140x200) has sliding closets, storage and hanging space, and a TV. Electric shutters in the bedroom and living room.
Spacious bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and large washbasin, heated towel rail. Separate toilet.
The 7m² terrace offers the best of sunshine from 12pm to the end of the day, with an unobstructed view of the pond, a marvellous table and chairs, and a manual awning. 2 deckchairs are also available (in the cupboard under the cumulus).
A parking space completes the package for a relaxing vacation!

Bicycle paths are a delight in the region, and there are plenty of bike rental companies to bring your bikes to your home. And what's more, there's a bike room where you can leave your bikes when you get back from your ride!
The apartment is managed by Cocoonr Bassin d'Arcachon. The bed will be made up for your arrival, as well as a kit for the sofa bed, towels, bath mat and tea towel. To start your stay, we provide you with a few coffee capsules, different types of tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper, shower gel...
Make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay on the Bassin d'Arcachon You can take advantage of all the attractions of the Bassin, and discover the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district in Arcachon, with its superb turn-of-the-century houses, its park and its belvedere with a breathtaking view of the Bassin! The little train opposite the tourist office will give you plenty of ideas for things to discover and a great overview, a treat for young and old alike.
At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster ports, then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla! If you feel like taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées! The Banc d'Arguin, transparent water, paradise on earth! Great bike rides thanks to the many cycle paths along the Bassin ,bike rentals are plentiful in Arcachon.
