Come and stay in this large, charming, fully-renovated house with basement, located 500m from the town center and its shops, and 600m from Jullouville beach.
The first floor comprises a large living room with TV, a large dining room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (brand new), a master bedroom with en-suite shower room (towel dryer, double basin), and a separate toilet (with washbasin).
Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet:
- first bedroom with double bed
- a second and third bedroom, each with a single bed
- a fourth and final bedroom with 2 single beds.
The house also includes a laundry room in the basement, fully equipped with washing machine and dryer, as well as a large terrace and its equipment, and finally a large garden.

Parking for several vehicles is available in the courtyard.
