Large stone farmhouse (480 m2) set in a vast estate covering 460 hectares near Castellina in Chianti, in a quiet, panoramic position overlooking vineyards and the gentle Chianti hills (alt. 350 m) halfway between Siena and Florence. Thanks to careful restoration, the farmhouse has regained all its ancient splendor. The house features a garden and equipped outdoor areas (portable barbecue), equipped loggia, irregular-shaped swimming pool (12x8 - in "L") (01/05-13/10). Included in the price 2 hours of cleaning per day from Monday to Friday inclusive, cot (to be requested when booking), wifi internet connection. To be requested at time of booking and paid for on site: domestic help extra hour, cooking. Possibility of buying products from the estate and guided wine and oil tastings in the medieval cellar. 2 parking spaces on the property. Central heating. Access to the property via 300 m of dirt road.
