Old apartment on 1st floor, in a five-unit building complex, close to shops, 350 m from the lake and 2300 m from the beach, comprising: living room with TV, kitchen with gas stove (gas hob and oven), fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, hallway with cupboard leading to shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet, two adjoining bedrooms, each with 140 cm bed. Large roof terrace with garden furniture. On the ground floor, a courtyard shared by all 5 units for convivial moments, and a washing machine shared by all 5 units in a common room.
