This ground floor modern holiday apartment in Puerto Pollensa has recently been reformed by its new owners. It is located in the popular quiet residential area of Pinaret with a short walk to the safe sandy beach. This holiday apartment is a first choice for anyone with walking difficulties as there are no steps. What´s more guests have use of a pretty communal pool. The pool is purely for residents of this building and offers furnished sun terraces too.
The apartment sleeps 2 plus a baby, a free cot and highchair are available upon request. A car is not necessary when booking this holiday rental.
The apartment boasts a private patio garden furnished with 2 sunbeds, sofa, parasol and dining facilities. The interior is fresh and bright as everything is brand new. A security door leads into the building and the apartment is found along a corrider. Enter directly into an open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. The recently fitted kitchen offers a washing machine too. The lounge enjoys hot/cold air conditioning and has a comfortable sofa bed which is ideal if guests do not want to share a bed. We can prepare both the bed and sofa bed if advised in advance, although maximum occupancy remains as 2 plus infant. Patio doors lead out to the terrace and patio garden. For your convenience the owners have installed excellent reliable WIFI and smart TV offering a full package of UK programmes.
The double bedroom has a quality king size bed, air conditioning and fitted wardrobe. The bathroom has been beautifully reformed and offers a large walk in shower.
