Property for exclusive use
Historic 16th-century villa distributed over three floors, with a total surface area of approx. 750 square meters and 7 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 4 bathrooms; it can accommodate up to 15 people. The villa boasts a large park with secular trees and a private swimming pool, WiFi internet; the internal spaces are large and bright, perfect for groups of friends who don't want to give up their private areas.
External areas and swimming pool
The external area is characterized by a beautiful 20,000 square meter park, almost entirely laid out as a garden with English-style lawns and large trees, including a gigantic secular magnolia plant. The swimming pool is just a few meters from the house and can be reached by climbing a few steps. The rectangular pool (14x7) varies in depth from 1.20 to 2.70 meters, and is ideal for both children and adults. Around the pool is a vast solarium area, partially paved, equipped with small tables, parasol, chairs and sunbeds. Close to the pool is a changing room and an outdoor shower. The outdoor area opposite the villa entrance is equipped with tables, chairs and a portable barbecue, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. Parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
The villa, which once belonged to noble families from Pisa, has undergone various restructurings over the centuries, until the one in the 18th century that gave it its current appearance. The internal spaces, embellished by numerous antiques and precious carpets, plunge guests into the past.
The villa is laid out over three floors, with the first floor opening onto an entrance hall with seating area, large living room with sofas and armchairs, lit by two large French windows, dining room and large, bright, well-equipped stone kitchen. A stone staircase leads to the second floor, which comprises a large living room with piano and a second living room that leads to the night area, comprising 1 large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 single bedroom, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a wardrobe room and a laundry room (washing machine, washing machine, iron and ironing board). The second floor comprises a double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. There's also an enclosed room on this floor.
Location
Villa Ott is situated in a quiet position on the edge of a small village in the green hills of the Pisa countryside, surrounded by olive groves and woods with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from 15/5 to 30/9. A completely separate part of the villa is occupied by the owner. Only small pets are allowed.
Activities and distances
The villa's central location means it's within easy reach of the art cities of Pisa, Lucca and Florence, as well as the Etruscan city of Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena. For those wishing to spend pleasant days at the seaside, the sandy beaches of Tirrenia can be reached in half an hour. A little further afield (but less than an hour away) is Versilia, with towns such as Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Pietrasanta. Don't miss a day of relaxation at the thermal baths of Casciana Terme.
