Located on the north Finistère coast in Kerlouan, not far from the Meneham tourist site and not far from Brest, our fully renovated house will welcome you for a moment of relaxation, rest and discovery of the coast with its fine sandy beaches.
The house is located 100m from the beach, on the 1st floor of our main residence. Fully furnished and decorated, it can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen opens onto a dining area with TV.
The house has 3 bedrooms for your relaxation.
On the same floor you'll find the toilet, the shower room with its walk-in shower and a storeroom with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The 2nd floor is a spacious place to relax, with a reading corner, a games area with baby foots and a high table overlooking the sea where you can sip a cocktail. There's also a sitting area with sofa and TV.
To access the accommodation, you'll have access to a private parking lot with space for 3 cars, as well as an independent entrance to our house.
There's also a private garden with barbecue area, table, chairs and deckchairs.
