This is made up of 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, with a bathroom and a separate toilet. On a half landing you will find the 4th bedroom with dressing room and its own bathroom. From the bedrooms you will access a beautiful covered terrace which overlooks a garden with a new heated swimming pool and synthetic lawn. You will find several deckchairs by the swimming pool to relax. The swimming pool measures 8x4m and is heated from May to mid-October. Then, on the 1st floor, you will find a separate toilet, then the beautiful living room consisting of the open kitchen with a dining area, the living room and the office space.
