The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful living room composed of a lounge area and a beautiful dining room with large bay windows overlooking the sea. The panoramic view of the sea and the bay of Renecros from the living room and dining room is beautiful. In a corner of the living room, you will find a reading corner with a sofa and a window with a sea view. On the other side of the apartment, you have an independent kitchen with a sea view. In addition, the apartment has a a wifi internet connection. For the sleeping area, you will find a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and its large storage cupboard. For amenities, you have a bathroom with toilet. Parking is free in the residence. It is the ideal rental for a couple wishing to discover the region, or enjoy the beaches and Bandolese life. Indeed, once parked, everything can be done very easily on foot. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Bandol pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the major markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
