The holiday apartment is located in a listed half-timbered house (typical of Monschau) from the 17th century in the heart of the picturesque old town (2 minutes' walk to the historic market square). An antique wooden staircase takes you to the apartment, which is on the 2nd floor. The comfortably furnished holiday apartment (75sqm) is spread over 2 levels and is suitable for up to 4 people. There is a small parking space right in front of the house, which is not particularly common in Monschau! The holiday apartment includes a kitchen (electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, etc.), bathroom/WC, large living room (2nd level attic) and 2 bedrooms for 2 people each (double bed). In the living room you will also find the HD satellite TV including a DVD player.
