In Saint-Victor-la-Coste, we offer this charming 100 m² house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a lovely 50 m² living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 600 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optic) included.
The accommodation comprises

- Bedroom 1: with a 140*190 bed, built-in closets and hanging space
- Bedroom 2: with a 140*190 bed, built-in closets and hanging space, and en-suite shower room with washbasin, WC, towel dryer and storage space, with access to the laundry room.
- Bedroom 3: with BZ sofa bed, chest of drawers and small desk
- Shower room with washbasin, WC, heated towel rail and storage space
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private, unheated swimming pool, open from the end of April to around the end of September, it has a particular shape (the large diagonal is 10 m long) and is 1m30 deep throughout. There's an alarm and the possibility of locking the gates giving access to the pool.
- A dining area under a pergola (table and chairs) with gas plancha and charcoal barbecue.
- A beautiful 600 m² enclosed garden with lockable gate.
- A 40 m² terrace with outdoor furniture.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Victor-la-Coste, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
