Located in the heart of Marseille, this elegant apartment is perfect for 4 people.
Space
We've designed this apartment as our "home away from home" in Marseille, with a focus on comfort, quality and attention to detail. We really want you to enjoy discovering the city of Marseille. Start at the Passage des Lorettes at the bottom of the building for a drink in the Vieux Port (5min walk), or visit the famous Panier district (2min walk), a picturesque old town, or store in the modern boutiques of the "Terrasses du Port" and "Docks Village" (7min walk).
In terms of decoration, we wanted to respect the Haussmanian character of the place, favoring elegance, personality and softness, creating a refined, warm place in the heart of a vibrant city.
Our modern and welcoming apartment is a 49 m² T2 on the second floor without elevator. This comfortable apartment comprises :
- a bright living room with sofa bed (140x200),
- bedroom with double bed (160x200),
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, fridge),
- bathroom with bathtub,
- vacuum cleaner, household products, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing facilities, fans,
- Wi-Fi.
→ Television is out of order.
→ Hotel-quality housekeeping is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, soap, shampoo.
Please note that work is taking place in the courtyard of the building until the end of September 2023 and may cause noise.
Neighborhood
The neighborhood is truly ideal for discovering or even just enjoying all that Marseille has to offer: the picturesque and trendy Panier, the bright and emblematic Vieux Port, the recently renovated Docks, as well as the Saint Charles TGV station, the Mucem and the Cathedral de la Major are all just a few steps from our apartment. What's more, the nearby tramway and metro make it easy to explore the whole city and beyond.
There are plenty of good places to eat and drink in the area: Babel Community, La Kahena, Au Coeur du Panier, Ahwash, Emilie's and the cool kids, Vanille Noire ice cream parlour, White Rabbit... For museums, don't miss Mucem, but also La Major, Centre de la Vieille Charité, Musée d'archéologie méditerranéenne, Préau des Acoules...
Transit
The Sadi Carnot tramway station is a 1 min walk from the building, and the Colbert - Hôtel de la Région metro station is a 6 min walk away.
From Gare Saint Charles →15 min walk, 10 min by public transport, 8 min by car
Marseille Provence airport → 1h by public transport or 25 min by car

On arrival, you'll be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys.
