Atypical 60 m² duplex apartment with terrace, located on the 6ᵉ floor without elevator. This warm and inviting accommodation comprises:

Neighborhood
By staying in the 10th arrondissement, you'll be in the heart of one of the capital's liveliest neighborhoods. Numerous designer boutiques, restaurants, bars, cafés and entertainment venues are all within walking distance. You can also stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin, one of Parisians' favorite spots, especially in fine weather, or walk to the Marais, Montorgueil, Montmartre or even Notre-Dame. A short metro ride is all it takes to discover the historic center of Paris, the Père-Lachaise cemetery, the Place de la Bastille, the Champs-Elysées, the Eiffel Tower and all the great monuments that make Paris the most beautiful city in the world.
For a drink, we recommend the Cour des Petites Ecuries, less than a 10-minute walk away, where you'll find numerous bars with a bohemian ambience.

Keys must be collected from our office near the apartment.
Our office is open weekdays from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and weekends from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
