For an exceptional stay on the Côte d'Azur, we welcome you to this charming 50 m² annex adjoining our villa in the heart of Antibes. Situated 100 meters from the beaches and a 10-minute walk from the old town of Antibes, this house can accommodate up to 4 people. You'll be at the center of many shops and restaurants, so you can enjoy a family vacation or a long weekend in the sun.
On the garden level, this 50 m² cottage with high ceilings can accommodate up to 4 people. Completely quiet and fully renovated, it comprises :
- a 25 m² bedroom with double bed,
- a 20 m² bedroom with double bed,
- a bathroom with shower and WC,
- fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge, hob),
- air conditioning and storage space,
- TV (with Netflix only) and Wi-Fi,
- access to the garden and private courtyard with fully equipped summer kitchen (totally open onto the garden), shared with the residents of the main villa.
The rental also includes a private parking space.

Neighborhood
La maisonnette is ideally located just a 3-minute walk from the beaches (L'Ilette, la Salis) and 10 minutes from the Provencal market and the old town. You can reach the Cours Masséna in an 8-minute walk, taking a lovely stroll through the flower-filled lanes of old Antibes. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés close by, as well as many other points of interest: the Musée d'Archéologie, the Musée Picasso, the ramparts, the Vauban port, the Cap d'Antibes.
You'll be right in the heart of the Côte d'Azur! Juan-les-Pins can be reached in 5 minutes by car, with its lively streets and famous nightlife: casino, restaurants and nightclubs... Cannes, the Croisette and its festivals are 20 minutes away by car (10 min by train), while the Promenade des Anglais and the treasures of Nice are 30 minutes away by car.
