Space
This 3-room apartment (2 bedrooms of 9 m² and a living room - kitchen of 25 m²) is close to the Eiffel Tower and the lively Rue du Commerce. You'll appreciate its bright, quiet location and unobstructed view over a landscaped roof. This accommodation is perfect for 4 people (a cot is also provided free of charge).
The apartment was completely renovated in October/November 2016.
Located on the 3rd floor, this 47 m² 3-room apartment comprises :
- a small entrance hall
- 2 bedrooms of 9 m2, one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds that can be made into a double bed (please specify configuration when booking)
- a shower room with toilet
- a 25 m2 living room/kitchen (washing machine with dryer, 6 place dishwasher, combined microwave and convection oven, Nespresso coffee machine).
The oven is both a microwave and a convection oven. Please read the instructions in the blue binder before use.
Please note The building has an elevator, with a few steps to climb, so is not wheelchair-accessible.
