Located on the 1st floor of the villa (with stairs), in the heart of the Cabourg fan and just a few minutes from the beach, this charming T3 apartment features a lovely 37m² living space. Quiet and bright, this refurbished duplex includes :

- a lovely living room with a 2-seater sofa bed,
- a small, bright bedroom with double bed,
